SURFACE CENTER ROLLING SLITING MACHINE 

Application: This machine is manily used to slit stick paper, craft paper and toher kind of paper.

Main mechanical configuration:

1. Entire machine's controlled by PLC, man-machine interface touch screen operation.
2. Unwind adopts imported pneumatic brake control, PLC automatically calculated by the rolling diameter's change, to achieve constant tension control
3. Traction rollers are driven by vector variable frequency motor. Achieve constant linear velocity control and effectively cut off rewind and unwind tension's intervened.
4. Rewind shaft uses firction is driven by a vector frequency motor. The rewind tension control is according to the rewind diameter, thincknessm tension set.Ect. After Operation by the PLC output signala, via control of the friction pressure, to achieve the purpose of winding tension
5. Unwind lift adopts hydraulic feed, shaftless, which can save much labor force and shorten time.
6. Auto meter presetting, EPC error correction, device is positive to assure the accuracy
7. The feature of machine is stable, security, efficient etc.
